your max hp will pretty much be limited to whatever fuel you decide to use. if you'll be using pump gas, that will definitely create a power limit, which often tends to be around 450 absolute max.
I don't see anything about the block being modded though. so you're still running open deck without a block guard? that affects things too, and may limit you to around 300hp to prevent cylinders from cracking.

people make tons of hp on stock sleeves, it's all in the tune. I've seen cars make over 700hp on stock sleeves without issue. Granted sleeves offer a greater safety margin but with his turbo size he won't be making that much
Precision rates the turbo at 565hp but thats to the crank, at the limit... The turbine side will really limit that turbo and on pump gas, on a straight ls, you'll be lucky to make 400hp
especially with a stock head, a 2.5" crush bent downpipe and that small exhaust. I also wouldn't be amazed if you broke that phantom fail either

the trick with the phantom grip really is just to weld the retainer pins. usually when they fail it's because the pins walk out and jam into something, causing a catastrophic explosion :p

Yes stock sleeves and no block guard.
I hinestly want 350 max!
Little exhaust? Its a 3 inch catback?
This will be on 91 pump gas.
And the lsd braking. I hope not. Rather replace axels.
Thanks for the replies.

last time I checked the mega power wasn't 3", not for a honda app.
that downpipe also isn't doing you any favors, get a 3" mandrel bent piece to help out with response and power production
don't waste your time with a block guard, total waste of money, do nothing, and you almost have to cut the motor in half to get one out

ah, ok.
The downpipe will be the Achilles heel of your setup

Definitely would go with the 3" mandrel bent downpipe. Buy the flange, or use the one on that pipe, some mandrel elbows and take it to the shop to redo it.
