How do I disconnect the drivers side door harness...?

Ive tried searching the site for this question and have found nothing...perhaps its just me and an "operator error" if so forgive me...

My drivers side speakers quit working and ive traced it down to the connector between the door and the door jamb....I just cant figure out hownto disconnect itnto check pins and wires...
