Default white smoke from exhaust

Okay so I have a 97 ek with a 98 gsr (usdm) swap. On occasion I get white smoke from the exhaust, I did a compression test an got 180 on all four cylinders. Also Coolant has been leaking, but from where the firewall and heater hose connects. I also don't have any noticeable leaks around the head gasket.

Also have white smoke at WOT so maybe I am thinking valve seals, but anymore info will be much appreciated!

Valve seals would make sense. slow leak when the car has sat and oil needs to burn off when started. Im still learning so someone else chime in please.

When its cold out my car looks like a fright train because of all the steam out of the exhaust. Losing any oil?

No man. That is simply your exhaust gases condensating in the cool air.

White smoke usually indicates the burning or condensating of water vapor.
Blue smoke is oil being burned.
Black smoke is fuel, usually when you are running rich.

Oh I know im not burning oil. I just was telling him that that could be a thing to think about too. and the losing oil would help confirm his suspensions of burning it off.

Could be the early stages of head gasket leakage. I would pull the spark plugs and inspect for any signs of coolant being burned. It's best to catch these things early.
