When i try to start it, it stutters and eventually dies. I pulled cel code and it flashes 40. I know there isn't such a code. Im going to try and upload a video of it.

@purgat0ry, what video upload is best, i have the video already. i know how to pull the codes, but im getting 4 long flashes, 3 sec, the 4 long, over and over. But to my knowledge, there isn't a code 40. Dont mind the audio

You aren't the only one to see CEL '40' before, though this guy upon review caught the brief short blink and it turned out to be 41.

Not necessarily saying that's your case, but it's kinda ... odd.

 

yea i saw that post also. but in mine i haven't seen a glimpse of one

 

If you're unable to read it properly, roll the dice at autozone and get them to check the code for you and see what it comes up as.
Obviously take it as a grain of salt, but it may lead you in a decent direction at least.
