Default Re-Tap Engine Mount Threads

I have a b18b1 in my CX 96' hatch, and the two top bolts broke off on the driver side engine mount. After I drill them out, I was wondering which method you guys would say would be the strongest for this situation. Helicoil, Time Sert, or Drill/Tap for 1 size up (M10x1.5). I've done research, but most of the threads I've found are a little outdated, just wanted some more recent opinions. Thank you

i used helicoil on gsr in my signature. no problems after 10000 miles. they are still tight as they were when i installed the helicoils.

if you can and have access to timr serts do that. we use them at chevy for 3.1/3.4 when doing intake mani gaskets as there are a few known threads whr. doing that job that like to pull out. hands down 100x stronger than a helicoil

Yes all 3 holes blown out threads on driver side mount smashing every day for last 2 years or so.
With hasport mounts
Hondas dont normally have 500lbs of torque

Well if I've got the money by then, I might go with the Time Sert. I just didn't know if it was really necessary or not for this job.

How many Helicoils did you use for the top two bolts? I would imagine more than one because the holes are longer than a single coil.

I dont remember. The stock bolts are about an inch deep in the hole theres no need to make it longer

I'd go with tapping, but thats just me... are we talking the bracket or block? If its the block, I'd go with the Sert...
