Default made a boo boo crx 1st gen b16 no start

Well, I was playing with it and I think this engine finally gave up on me, during a high rev stomp the engine dies and I hear something fly out the bottom. Car wouldn't restart during rolling so I parked at the side and its cranking but really fast and a little noisey, and some smoke coming from breather. And it smells badd. I'll link the video soon. Spun a bearing, broke a rod?

Probably gonna jump on a longblock tax return time. The engine has been in the car for ten years, it also was daily driven and abused through street, autocross and drag 1/4 mile. I knew it was time so I started thinking about getting a small amount of nos in it before she went while fixing up a new motor. Looks like it was time. There's no visual damage but you can hear that something broke inside very slightly. It mat sound like its not getting fuel but it is. Gotta tow it tomorrow and run some tests on it. But pretty sure its internal. Cams are still timed at least. Ah well, my first blown motor.

Well found out the issue. #2 cylinder down, piston smashed into spark plug. Spark plug was hard to get out and missing the tip. Piston has a hole, car still cranks. Other cylinder spark plugs a little wet.

Guessing I broke a rod? I doubt the head or block is save-able. It's sad but it happens. Engines wear down starting from each start of the engine. I get it.

New long block time. Dont feel like converting haha
