Default H22a gas?

Hello I am getting near the end of my h22a swap in my ej1. I started doing this swap early because my d series tranny finally gave way. Well when it gave way I had just filled up on 87 octane. So I have a full gas tank on 87. I know the h22a's run off of 91 premium or higher. Is my only option to siphon the gas out? Or could I run it with an octane booster of some sort? I don't have the knock sensor wired up because I'm using my chipped p28. Is it going to knock like crazy?
Any insight is much appreciated.

You mean like unhook the line and prime the pump and drain it that way?

I know they make siphon pumps. Is that something you could get at a local automotive store?

Yes the fuel line off of the fuel rail or the fuel return line.. Your local automotive store should have a siphon pump if thats the route you choose..

You can just pump it out, I'd say run it but don't beat on the motor (past 4K). You should be OK.

Depends mostly on your tune. You can run 87 on a stock tune and you will not damage anything, but doing it repeatedly will definitely hinder performance.

Id drive it a little bit, avoid 7K rpm, and then once its about half a tank, fill with premium and go my way.
