im not too experienced. but im a "hands-on" kinda person.
i read an article on it, seemed a little complicated. but im sure it could maybe be easier when i try it myself. this true? or should i take it to a proffesional?

Do it yourself. Quite easy. I'm most likely puttin mine in on Wednesday.... Yay!!!

I do have a Honda service manual here with me. Maybe I'll scan the pic of the "Gearshift Overhaul" page....

You might have to do some cutting on your heat shield. I had to cut mine a little. You also might need to have another person hole the bolts at the top of the shifter while you put on the NUTs under the car.
