So fuse #3 -7.5A, [hot at all times] in under dash fuse box is good?

Does the trunk/hatch kight work?

Does the door "open" indicator in the cluster work? 94

The trunk and dome light are on the same fuse but the leads run off diff. plugs on the fuse box.

If you have not already, check the dome light bulb and test for power a the dome light, [white/red lead].

The light green/red lead is the ground from the door pin switches, should test as a ground when a door is open.

If you are not getting power/ground up at the dome light, check and make sure the dome light harness is plugged in, the plug will be high up under the dash by drivers A pillar. 94

Dome light is not on a relay.

Did you confirm dome light harness is properly plugged in? 94

Then you will need to fallow the power lead for the dome light, [white/red] all the way back to the fuse box to find the "open", testing for power along the way.

As I said, the power for the dome and trunk/hatch lights are off the same fuse, but exit the fuse box off two different plugs, pin #11 plug C440 for dome and pin #6 plug C504 for trunk/hatch. 94

Then a plug to the fuse box was not plugged in properly so a poor connection or there was corroded pins.

Either way it's fixed now. 94
