Without knowing where power peaks, you're doing more harm than good.

And if you're using stock valve springs, you will pop your motor. Have fun.

Ur rev limit should b set 300rpm's after u stop making power AS PER HONDA!! B16 cams only pull til 8k rpms so y would u rev it ne further?? U SHOULDNT!!

What are you chipping your ecu for to begin with? Just to change those things, or for other reasons?

well from looking at my datalogs when at the track and i hit the limiter a few times the inertia of the rotating engine adds a few hundred rpm on top of it.

my limiter was at 8900 and datalog shows 93xx rpm after i hit off the limiter 2 or 3 times coming out of 1st gear

If the car makes power there, turn it that high. If it doesn't, then don't.

if your on the stock valvetrain, leave the limiter where it is,
because otherwise your valvesprings will begin to float and boom there was your engine.

and similar for vtec , i found out on the dyno that you can lower it 300-400rpms on a stock b16a2.
any more than that and you will have a dip in the power curve.
