Default Upgrading cams

If i upgraded my cams from stock b16 cams to 97 ITR Cams. Would i need to do anything more than just put them on, redo timing and go? Would i have to do any type of valve adjustment?

Well you would need to upgrade the stock valve springs to at least stock ITR valve springs. People have run them on b16 and gsr springs but I personally wouldnt. More lift more duration you need more spring

You'll need to retune, that's quite a change. Set valve lash to OEM specifications on Supertech, drive to dyno and retune. And yes, it WILL make a difference for the 1-2 hours you may be there.
