I got a 95 integra gsr and im getting a ticking noise, i thought it was the valves and got them adjusted the ticking stopped then when i went to press the gas the ticking started again. Now im lost im hearing it could be my Vtec Lifters is there somewhere i can buy those?

 

most likely its your lma's aka: lost mostion assemblies. kinda of a PIA to change but needs to be done if bad enough

 

skunk2 sells B-series LMA's cheaper then OEM Honda ones...I've just left mine cause it's not hurting anything

 

so if its ticking im still able to drive on it without it causing a problem?

 

I've put about 10,xxx miles on mine with the ticking mine is really loud no problems yet I have a Skunk2/supertech valve train and tuner 2 cams. It's just an annoying sound

 

so do you just cruise? or do u pop vtec every now and then

 

Tracked the car at CSCS a few times lol so yah I defiantly redlined it many many times still in great shape. and drove it on weekends
