I have a 93 honda del sol s with 270,000 miles on it and when I turn my steering wheel to the right I get a squeaking noise from the right side. Also when I accelerate I get a click from the right side of my car.
I did some research and it seems like I have a bad CV Axle. When I jacked up my car I did not notice any tears or rips in the CV boot.
Can the CV joint still be the problem even though the boot has no rips or tears?
Could it be a problem with the Ball Joint instead? (has no rips either)

Yes, a CV joint can go bad without the boot tearing, especially if it has 270k on it. If it's a steady click that increases in frequency as your speed increases, then it's almost certainly your axle.
There's a simple test for ball joints. Put the front of your car on jack stands. Grab the passenger's side wheel at 12/6 and try to wiggle it. If it moves, your ball joints are bad. now grab at 3/9. Wiggle. If it moves, something in your steering system is bad, probably your tie rod ends. If it wiggles at both, your wheel hub bearing is probably shot.
Squeaking when turning is usually indicative of a bad bushing somewhere, but can also point to a bad bearing.

Thanks alot. Ill make sure to try that out for the ball joints tomorrow.
Another quick question. What is this part with the torn boot? When I was checking out the CV axle I noticed these were torn on both sides
Also what could potentially go wrong if those boots dont get replaced or fixed?

That looks like your inner tie rod. The other side of it, attached to your steering knuckle assembly, if the outer tie rod. If the outer tie rod end goes bad, your alignment will go straight to ****. If the inner boot goes bad, it can leak power steering fluid, causing permanent damage to your steering rack. Replace those ASAP. You will need an alignment after replacing them.

Thanks again! Great...more things to add to my list.
Im a college student on a budget. How should I set my priorities?
-Distributor O-ring (leaking distributor)
-Spark Plug O-rings (Oil on the tip of the spark plug)
-CV Axle
-Replacing Rear LCA bushings
-Inner tie rod boot.
-Maybe inner/outer tie rods
