Default 92 Civic Hatch looses brake pressure

So I have a 92 civic hatch back and its been loosing brake pressure when i push the petal like say in the morning it goes all the way down and then I pump it some and gets normal and a little later it goes right down to floor again. Any Ideas on why it could do that?

Sounds like a master cylinder.
Check for leaks at the calipers, and brake cylinders if you have drums. As stated, check fluid levels at the master cylinder and for leaks around it in the engine bay and the cabin.

If there's no external leaks, it could be internal too don't forget. For example, your master cylinder. When you "lose pressure" does the car still stop properly, or will it keep moving forward no matter how hard to press the brake pedal?

Honestly don't know I just got it last saturday and dropped in an engine and came to discover this problem I checked for leaks and nothing everythings seems to look good. just the pedal goes to the floor and after you pump it up its normal for a while. To scared to run it lol
