Default brake failure

Hello,
I am having serious brake issues....i cant get any pedal pressure....i have completely replaced the booster and master cylinder....yes...everything has been bled out properly...i was wondering if it could be a vaccum problem or something to that extent.
THIS IS THE SYMPTOMS!!
When i depress the pedal i get nothing...if you constantly jabb it gains some pressure but, when you let go it goes back to nothing...im lost please help im about to go nuts!

check all ur brakelines for holes look under the car for an leaks? when u bled the brakes, did u go start from the caliper farthest from the master cylinder? u should have pressure if not are u using the right fluid? that makes a difference find out if its dot 3 or 5 good luck
