F20b 1996 Honda civic what wire harness is the best way to go ???
I have a 96 ek I put an f20b in... I used my stock civic wire harness but there are a couple plugs that do not match up or even plugs that need to plug up that I can't !!! I have the car running with a chipped p28 ecu with an obd2 to obd1 conversion harness!!! What harness should I be using I need help immidetely haven't hit VTec since 30 miles after the motor was installed because of the check engine light please help !!
It was a single can VTec before the problem is I have a chipped p28 with an h22 base map and the code reader won't read the code !!
It is my o2 sensor r and knock sensor and throttle position sensor so in need to figure out what harness to get because this not hittin VTec stuff is killing me!!!
I used a Rywire harness to convert the engine from OBD2 to OBD1 instead of using an OBD2 Engine harness and converting at the ECU.
What you *could* do is use a USDM OBD1 H22 MT harness and use OBD2 injector, alternator, and distributor plugs.
