Default Exhausting question

I was just wondering, my car seems to be running fine; but merging on to the freeway today, I shifted from 2nd to 3rd and a loud pop sound came from my exhaust. I have had this happen before, especially when I switched to a high flow cat, but never this loud. Anyone know what this is?

I hear the same thing sometimes with my R w/ only a catback. It should ok, just becareful if it starts doing it more than usual.
