Installed skunk2 TB and getting CEL 3 for MAP

I have a 97 LS w/B18c(r) swap:

Ok, I installed the TB adjusted the TPS and made sure I didn't switch the plugs between TPS and MAP. The only thing I didn't do was install a new gasket between the TB and IM. Could that be the cause of a CEL 3?

changed gasket still getting code...any suggestions?

Does the car run badly? Have you tried resetting the ecu?

Yes the car is running badly. As far as resetting the ECU, I disconnected the negative and unplugged the back up 7.5. Any other suggestions??
