Default limp mode 2500 rev-limit after skunk2 intake mani install.

ok well i just finished up my skunk2 intake manifold + hondata gasket install. everything went well without any big hitches, and the car starts up and idles beautifully. the only problem is that when i try to drive it, i hit the rev-limited @ 2500rpm, which i guess means im in limp mode. the only CEL code im throwing is 10, intake air temp. but i had this code before the manifold swap, so i know its not the cause of the problem. the only sensors i removed during the install were the IACV, TPS, and MAP, which i am 99.9% sure i have connected in the right places, again, no CEL for any of those. im running an obd1 P75 threw a jumper harness... EVAP purge solenoid is unplugged.

any suggestions or ideas?

check to make sure you didnt plug the TPS in to the MAP and map into the TPS (backwards would have been better to use)

no..you would throw no codes due to both sensors being 5V sensor..just try switching them and get back to me.

Yup, MAP and TPS are often switched, which leads to many headaches until you realize how simple the problem actually is

ok, i tried switching the sensors like you guys said and it didn't help much. when i tried to start like that, the idle was really low and rough. when i tried to drive, my rev-limit then went to 1500 rpm.

should i be able to rev over 2500 with it in neutral and with the throttle if i was in "limp mode"?

why did you remove the IAT sensor 1st off? and what are those wires hanging looking like they are going to the one injector?

im throwing code 10 IAT because i cant find the plug to plug into the intake mani... the wires that are going out of the injectors are going to nothing. this is a LS swap into an EK hatch.
