just purchased a 97 Honda crv yesterday today I put dist.cap rotor button , plugs and wires and a fuel and air filter.then I started the engine it ran for a minute I rev the engine a couple of times and it died and wont start back I have fuel seem to be spark mayby ran fine before now want even try to hit any help would greatly be appreciated thanks

 

Check to see if the rotor screw fell off. If not check for spark.

I checked my rotor button it was a little loose so I installed the original retaining screw and tightened it up still nothing

 

Did you put your plug wires on the correct order?
