Default Door lock actuator only works sometimes

I have a 1999 Accord LX 4 door. The power door lock actuator on the passenger front and passenger rear door only works sometimes. I get 1 operation per time period. Like, if I flick the lock up, it will open. If I flick it back down, it will not go down. I have to wait a few minutes, then I flick it down, and it will go down. I can not perform back-to-back motions.

My mechanic says that the solenoids has gotten weak in both door, possibly, they head up after 1 actuation, and you have to wait until it cools down to get another use out of them.

Has anyone experienced this before? Can this be fixed, or do I have to replace the actuators?

Test the switch?

Just find it strange that 3 of the four go "bad" at once?

It was actually 2, the front and rear door of the passenger side. I do find it odd, so I did some test. I continuously flick the lock up and down, after a time, they ALL slowed down and eventually stopped. I find this behavior very strange. After I let them 'cool off', they were able to work again.

Yeah, solenoids can do that but, if it's happening to all the doors then I would suspect the master switch assembly.

What should I check with the Master switch assembly? Should I check the voltage, or something? This issue occurs when using the power lock switch from both the passenger and driver door.

Both right side door locks go through the Passenger Multi-plex. It is possible the problem lies there. Here is the diagram if it helps....
