Icon2 Suspension troubles!?!?!?!

ive got a 98 civic dx. I already know that I messed up so please don't tell me how worth the money it is because ive seen by example and been told time and time again, I just need help with my problem. i put a shitty ebay lowering kit on my car and it was making my car sit on the tires. i switched back to stock and my car is practically sitting on the ground. ive tried different size tires and adjusting and tightening everything i can think of (cambers, control arms, etc.) any ideas why my car wont sit at a drivable ride height anymore? open to any suggestion, im getting desperate!!!

Front or Rear? Did you tighten the pinch bolts on the front spindle forks?
If you dont it will slide up on the shock.
Are you using stock springs?
More info please.
pics dont hurt.

my guess is you bought a "sleeve" and now put the stock spring back on, however your shocks are blown thus garbage time for new shocks.

If shocks were blown even after putting stock setup back on car should not be sitting on the tires. Sounds like something didn't get bolted back on correctly.

Sounds to me like you only put the stock shocks back on as mentioned. No way you should be lowered like you describe if it was 100% stock.

I will actually quit HT if op is JUST using the shock with no spring. this doesn't add up even with blown shocks

I'm going to have to agree with azzazel here. Blown shocks wouldn't have any affect on ride height. It's going to be missing parts, misassembly, or incorrect parts.

When installing the ebay kit, were any stock parts modified and re-utilized?
