Icon2 Honda Accord 97 V4 cigarette lighter outlet not working

So I've noticed that the cars outlet does not work, I did some research and found that it might be a fuse, but my question is how do I check the fuse, like where is it located? I know it's that cause I've plugged a few chargers and none of them work

There is no such thing as a v4.

Some people actually disconnect the power wire to the cigarette lighter. If you can take out the radio and physically confirm that the power wire is actually attached to the lighter that would be your first thing to check.

Fuse should be #11 (10 amp) in the drivers under dash fuse box. If you have the factory radio, that same fuse "feeds" the radio as well....so if the radio (factory set up) is working then the fuse is fine.

From there, "holmes" has already answered the question.

To access the cigarette lighter wiring and relay, the console needs to be removed; however, the radio does not necessarily need to be removed.

Sir, it could be the bad manual I have but doesn't the radio also "feed" off the "lighter relay"?

Yes, I looked at the stereo circuit diagram I had. The wire coming from under-hood fuse 36 is hot at all times and provides power to the cigarette lighter relay (the relay is normally open). When the ignition switch is turned to ACC or ON, this provides power via the under-dash fuse 11 to energize the cigarette lighter relay, which closes the relay and provides power to the cigarette lighter and stereo.

So, in conclusion, if the stock stereo works, both fuse 36 and 11 should be okay. Therefore, if stock stereo works, it probably comes down to the wiring or lighter socket.

you could pull and check every fuse if your stumped. If it isn't a fuse I'd check the leads to the lighter as previously mentioned. It will require a good amount of time though.

Your radio fuse is your cigarette lighter fuse dude.
