vtec engine need help

Default vtec engine need help

hi i have a question i just replaced the head on my del sol d16z6 and i was dumb and left the engine uncoverd without a head in the rain so my oil is now milky.....question is will that make it sputter some while first taking off? runs great after that sputter and idles better then it ever has would the milky oil make it do this?

im going to just realized this seriously 10 mins ago and shut it off just wondering if there was any sensor that would make it sputter like that on take off

i didnt change the oil because it had a new oil change on it before i changed the head and i figured it out my timing is of a tooth

So knowing that oil and water don't mix and you left it to drown in the rain, you didn't think it might hurt anything until AFTER you reassembled it?

If you were going to change it, you shouldn't have mentioned it.

im pretty happy everyone can make dumb *** comments and are not able to move passed the obvious mistake made and do what ppl are here to do and help out other then that problem was the tps so have fun

All kinds of people on the net with all kinds of perspectives and views to be voiced on a public forum. If you put stupid out there, be prepared to get **** for it. On the other hand, you can own it and not let it bother you. Once you realize that then you'll see no one can bother you with their stupid comments.

it doesnt bother me but all these ppl make fun....if they say they havent done something dumb in thier ventures then its a lie i dont mind the comments and i even called myself a dumbass but atleast while making fun of me they coulda threw me a few hints to try and help lol
