The first car is a 1995 hatch dx second is a 1994 del sol s.

The hatch has jdm d15b vtec with around 95 k on motor 145k on body
Cam gear
Underdrive pulley
Headers
Full exhaust
CAI
Adjustable fuel regulator
HID kit
Carbon fiber bill
Coil overs cant remember the brand not ebay though or sleeves its full body
rear lcas aftermarket and front camber kit
new carpet clean interior
and supposedly some stuff done internally (we know how that goes) he does seem trustworthy has told me every problem with the car it does need body work dont have a photo yet and headliner which isnt really a big deal he said body wasnt too bad its just ugly had it quoted for repair around 400 without paint has a paper he said from shop with quote price and legitimate its currently primered because he was gonna get it painted but had a unexpected family.

JDM d15b again told me he doesn't know how many miles on it shell 195k
has headers wrapped and a exhaust catback
coil over sleeves
has a targa top drip and needs front bushings on front says its not that bad but ill see after i inspect the car
the del sol is painted doesnt look too bad of a job

im looking for something that is dependable and they both dont smoke and they use them for daily drivers but front bushings if not took care of soon worry me it could possibly cause more damage. The hatch sounds like a decent built car really just need the body work and paint but both have their pros and cons any advice?

NOTHING you've listed gives any indication if one or both of these cars is going to be reliable or if one is more-so than the other. And the MAJOR deficit of this post is that not one single picture to at least give an idea of what we're supposed to help you decide. No name brands listed/known. Probably both are rolling Ebay catalogs.
