Default b17a1 swap into 97ex coupe

Hey new to the forum and figured this was the best place to get some answers. I tried to do some research as far as b17 swaps in general but seems they are pretty rare to come by. The main reason I am going with the motor is because a friend of mine that was building honda's for fun happened to have this b17 and 2 d16y7s and i'm going to be needing a new motor soon and he offered the b17 to me cheap. It has everything I need for the swap except the ecu, headers, exhaust, and transmission. Also the luxury items ie: a/c and p/s(don't care about this one)

Anyways, never swapped a motor before. (friend i'm getting the motor from is going to be helping) Also I'm new to the honda scene. (used to be the guy in the beat up fox body or the one blowing smoke in the diesel)

So my big questions are; Are there any problems I might run across? Any good stores that sell internal parts if I want to boot performance? Do parts from other motors interchange easily? If so, any suggestions?(keep in mind I do have everything I need) What is the best transmission to use? And any other advice that anyone thinks will help.

Thanks in advance, glad to be a new member of the Honda community.

Also, please don't just say get a different motor. I'm getting this one for 250 bucks. Doesn't get much better than that. (unless it was already put together)
