Groan noise when i move in any gear

Default Groan noise when i move in any gear

It happen this morning when i was leaving. i went in second down the road and felt it kinda jerk then it started moaning according to the speed of the rotation of the wheels. its a 2000 civic si with a b16a in it. it just happened all of the sudden?

Happened when you shifted into second? Think broken teeth on the final drive or possible blown bearing.
