My 94 civic coupes passengerside corner light don't turn on when i turn on my headlights but it blinks when i put the right turn signal, my tailights work, my driverside corner works and blinks. So what could be the problem?. Is there a fuse for it and my bulbs are new.

Bad bulb. The filament for the blinker and parking light are contained in one bulb.

 

I switched the bulb from the passengerside to the driver sir and the driver lights up but passenger still doesn't i hope it's not a wiring issue

 

The socket or parking light wire is bad.
