Default Abs delete car locks up

So I've been working on this little project of mine for a year or so and I actually drove this car for a couple of miles the other day what I did not realize till today was that the brakes were locking up over time and today they finally just did not move I removed one of the lines and all four wheel were able to move free it's a 98 integra with a civic si 40/40 prop valve abs brake booster and abs master cylinder I've read the write ups and thought I did everything correctly any help is appreciated !!!

you sure both brake master/booster are the same? Seems you have a slow vacuum issue causing your brakes to lock up.

I did the abs delete and haven't had any issues

Thnx for your reply they definitely are both for abs so if I wasn't getting enough vacuum my brakes would lock up ? Hmmm maybe I can even have a bad check valve any way to test if I'm getting enough vacuum?

I dont see a bad brake booster causing the brakes to lock up. a bad booster will cause heavy brakes, but they still work. it sounds more like an issue with your brake pedal adjustment. theres a rod that goes into the master cylinder, if its adjusted too long then it doesnt let the pistons in tge master move far enough back to allow the fluid to return to the resivors properly, and can lead to excess fluid in the lines, eventually clamping them shut. at least I believe thats what occurs.
