Default No output to axles in s4c

I have a 95 hatch, just got done swapping my b series in and the transmission doesn't do anything in gear. The biotch pin was stuck in the shiftlinkage and it took some heavy hammering to get it out, so it may be the cause. Symptoms are when engine is off I can shift through the gears and everything seems to be clicking fine into gear. But I can put it in any gear, even reverse and roll the car like it's neutral. If I start the engine and put in gear same thing but my speedo works a little. If I rev the engine the speedo moves with the tach. So if I put it in first and rev to 6000 it shows me doing 50 or w.e. Which is impossible. Brand new (and correct) clutch, axles, and half shaft.
What can it be? The LSD burned out?

Bump. It may be a stupid question, I am sorry. But I just need a list of possible problems so I can start deducting them.

Pull it, split the case and find out. Sounds like the diff has lost its teeth to the axles somehow; the speedo is driven by the diff so it must be getting spun in order to see speed, but either the axles aren't in the diff right or the diff has no splines (I'd expect it to be still make noise if that were the case though). Easiest to just take a look IMO.

Thank you. I am certain the axles are in correct. If I open it up what would be a good rebuild? I'm thinking carbon synchros, and maybe a longer 5th gear. It is a DD and weekend warrior. No drag intended.
