Default Car goes into gear but dosent move?

Well we swapped in a perfectly good y8, car we removed it from ran good. We Didn't change anything except for fluids. Well we bleed the clutch and my bro goes for a test drive. pulls out of the driveway and goes down the hill, then stops and I hear him revving. He gets out and tells me the car wont move but it goes into gear, so I have no Idea what it could be.

If it indeed is in gear, the axles are not in place or its a problem in the tranny, thats the only two things it could be. Check the axles though, they could've slipped out

It dosent grind, it was perfectly fine before we pulled it out of the other car. It shifts smoothly, no noises and it dosent move in any gear. I will check the axles.

I've seen them pop out before if they weren't seated properly when installed, they don't make any noise and they don't come out far enough to drop down, just enough the splined end wont catch in the differential.
