Default 91 si b16a warm start issues

Ok so I just got my ef back on the rd after sitting for about a yr and its running good and strong idles fine and everything but once its warmed up and you shut it off when you go to start it back up it starts and shuts right down.. Now if I give it gas at the very moment it starts it will come back down to idle and be fine. Hoping to get some insight into this problem and also its getting a code 12 for egr and I thought it didn't have one and after searching on here from what I see it shouldn't have one. Thanks for any help. Mike

So I don't have a second o2 or wiring for one .. I'm gonna try tomorrow n get a universal one wire n put it in there n wire straight to the ecu.. From what I c it should run to c8 does anybody know that this is right? I hope that this will fix my problem.

code 12 and code 9 are often bad wiring faulty codes u may have to jump a wire or one isnt in place with another or burnt this is when you need to see ecu wiring diagram dizzy and run wire by wire but if you have a buddy near you with same set up check how his wires go into the ecu

You need to have a bung on cylinders 1 & 4, 2 & 3 in order to read right. You may have to have a bung welded in

Well the issue for this thread has been fixed at least it hasn't been happening.. I cleaned the iacv n fast idle think that must took care of it.. Still throwing code two tho tried jumping a wire off the other o2 sensor to c8 and it didn't work guess I'll have another bung welded on n add a o2 but to me running that wire to c8 should have worked because it should b seeing voltage n it didn't which makes me wonder if it is even c8 that I should run the other o2 to. Thanks for the help so far guys
