Strong d16a6 non vtec on nitrous YouTube vid
Got nitrous sorted out this video is on 125 shot direct port,100 octane and Mickey Thompson slicks. My friends a surveyor and we marked out 1/4 mile on this st. It's hard to see dash but I got to 120mph before the mark. I'm impressed with the way this d series turned out. Going to Vegas sept.13 for midnight mayhem to get times.
Was it tuned, or is it just a kit installed?
Most D series take nitrous like a boss.. we got a guy down here local to us, that sprays the house down.. I'm putting nitrous on top of my NA setup as we speak lol.. since i keep getting grouped with 10 second evo's and crap.

No Never Hit Rev Limit Its Set At 8500Rpm I Was Actually Short Shifting At 7K And 6500 In 3Rd And 4Th Was Only The First Test Run On That Shot. Im Running 125 Nitrous Jet And 175Shot Fuel Jet. Its A Built D16a6 11 To 1 Rods Head Work 400Lift Cam 1Mm Over Valves Beehive Single Valve SpringS That WEre ActuallY Designed For Ford 302.. Hey Its What Works In These D Series. It Was Tuned At Churches Allmotor Only On 91I Put 100 Octane In To Run Such A Big Shot And Just Read The Plugs Its What Churches Recommended Since Im Obd0 And Cant Have Multiple Maps He Kept Timing Curves Mild For Me But I Use Crane Ignition With Timing Retard Hook To Nitrous Switch Works Really Well. IT Made 157 Whp And 140Wflb Allmotor No Nos My Dyno SheeT Is On My Other Thread But Yea Its A really Fast D I Think I Will Do 12s

A lot bout 16 degrees before the plugs looked perfect. The kit recommended 12 I look at them with magnifying glass so if there was any metal specks I can see them. I have the retard control hooked to throttle switch so it only gets retard when nitrous actually hits as well as window switch at 7500.
Doing more testing over weekend and my crane ignition setup took a crap? I know honda ignitions are very capable but I was using crane for retard feature because of obd0 handicap. 1 map! So I'm biting the bullet and converting to obd1 with on board nitrous control. What should I use I have PO6 ecu hondata Neptune Crome? Trying to get this done by sept13 any input??

If you run neptune, ectune, or hondata you can use the nitrous control features they have. Then you can run the system dry and add fuel through the injectors.

Thanks..I'm on turbo edit right now but which system would be best for this setup is one better than other for nitrous mapping. I'm not a tuner so I don't know the systems well enough?
