MAP sensor dosent read

MAP sensor dosent read
Hi guys, I have a K20A3 motor and the map sensor according to Kpro always reads -0.1Psi. This is making my motor run rich according to what I understand. If I hook up my MAP sensor directly to my intake vacuum near the head of the motor it reads fine and runs fine. Could the ports on the throttle body be blocked? I'm not sure whats going on in there. I will post pics tomorrow, but it's pretty simple as far as I see it.
