Anyone have any suggestions on speedo inop on a civic LX 2005 w/4 cyl 2 dr.coupe. I've tried new VSS, Different ECM, Different Cluster ,even sent original cluster out and was told all connections look good but can't power it up to test,checked continuity on wires from VSS to cluster and all check out if someone knows anywhere else i could go would be greatly appreciated.One more thing scanner shows 0 MPH from VSS as well,main shaft and countershaft change with vehicle speed.And seems to be at idle battery voltage is around, 12.9 to 13 volts.Tried new alternator and battery.Thanks for any help
