Remove the upper timing belt cover and make sure the belt is there and on snug.

I'm not sure what the pump prime is. I have spark. I don't have a code reader.

The belt is on and snug! :/

Click the codes sticky at the top of the forum. You don'r need a code reader, just eyeballs.

Is spark bright white?

Remove the fuel fill cap and put your ear against the hole. Have a buddy turn the key to ON(II). Do you hear a humming/buzzing noise for 2 seconds? If so, that's the fuel pump priming.

Also stare at your gauge cluster and turn the key to ON.
The yellow check engine light should come on for about 3 seconds and turn off.
Bad would be if it doesn't come on at all or if it stays on.

Make sure you have spark and fuel when you turn your key u should hear your main relay click and your fuel pump will prime (run for a few seconds) you should hear it its under your back seat. If that checks out make sure your timing belt did not slip check this by making sure the timing marks on the cam are tdc then look down on the crank shaft pully and the timing marks on it should line up if they dont you slipped and it will not start. There are alot of good threads with pics showing you how to check it ill post one later if i remember. Good luck

Ok so it looks like my timing is off! Is there a place I can get a step by step of getting in there and fixing that? To me it just looks like a clusterf*** on that side of the engine.
