92-95 Civic Radiator Fan "Always On" Wiring (Ignition)
I have a 1994 Honda Civic EX (coupe) that keeps overheating because the radiator fan isn't turning on (the wiring for the radiator fan is damaged/missing). I want the radiator fan to always stay on when the car is on. I don't want to install a switch or anything. My old Civic was wired up this way and didn't give me any problems. Here's my question...
The radiator fan has 2 wires coming from it, power and ground. I grounded the ground wire. I touched the power wire from the radiator fan to the positive battery terminal to test the fan real quick and it turn on. I'm trying to connected this to the yellow ignition wire (accessory wire) that's inside the car. The only thing I'm confused about is that do I just connect the power wire from the radiator fan directly to the accessory wire or should I put a fuse also? If I should put a fuse, how many amps should the fuse be? Thanks in advance for your help everyone!

No offense but that is a terrible idea. That being said if your gonna do it yes you would def want to put a fuse in line. The radiator can draw a lot of amps that's why they use a relay to turn it on. Is it out of the question to just redo the messed up wires since your gonna rewire it anyway.
