Default Rough Start/ Low Idle (Warm Start)

When I cold start my car it starts great, and idle is smooth (rpm to 1500 and then to 700s when warm)

when i cold start it has a very rough idle around 500 rpm. it is so low the oil light comes on for a second (which scares me) and is somewhat unpredictable. If i bring it to 1000 and put it in neutral to coast it will stay at 1000...

Did has a CEL for miss on cylinder #1 and the plug gets fouled pretty quickly. (comes back when starting low RPM, or accelerating hard)

please help!

Car Is 99 EX Manual.

Thanks

I think you meant to say with the warm start you have the problem.

Inspect the spark plug wire to the misfiring spark plug. Especially the connector it may be separated from the wire. Look for signs of shorting.

Cold start the other 3 cylinders may override the problem with the rich fuel mixture.

Or maybe the spark plug valve cover oil seal is bad on that plug.
You say the plug fouls is it oil or fuel on the plug?
