Car stalling when starting it

Car stalling when starting it
Hey there,
On a cold start my car starts up just fine but when I go for a short drive and turn off my car to go into a store, when I get back and try to start.. the rpms will drop and stall seconds after I start it.. Sometimes if I press the gas if will try to fight the stall and sometimes I can save it but most of the times I have to wait after stalling for about a min untill it will start it back up.. My friend has the same problem on his 240sx.. What can it be? I did some research and couldn't find anything.. Maybe its time for new spark plug wires? I got a tune up and they replaced the spark plugs and it still does it.

does it always idle bad the engine has warmed up? It might be your IACV and you may need to adjust your base idle. Also what does it idle at when its cold?
