Crispy Spark Plugs, why?

Default Crispy Spark Plugs, why?
Just pulled the "week old" spark plugs. What would cause this to happen?

Try again. And then give up waaaaaaay more information than a picture of jacked up plugs.

Pulled them out of a 1998 honda civic ex with a d16y8. These plugs were supposedly a week old but they look like this. what would cause the crispy bottoms like that?

Holy ****. Those are definitely not a week old. Maybe a year, at MINIMUM. The corrosion on the steel part of the plug gives it away.

The previous owner told me that he had someone in his shop change them a week ago....im gonna full tune up this week..thanks guys
