02 accord projector headlights not working, help!
I posted this in the model specific forum but after 100 views I got no help so I thought this may be a better place to find a solution.
I bought dual halo projector KS v2 black housing headlights. I'm wondering why the headlights, left and right hi and lo, do not work with the plugs provided.
The plugs for the hi & lo beam fit together but it seems like the prongs inside the plugs dont line up and aren't spaced equal amounts to the plugs from the car.
Wiring on both sides of the plugs and fuses are ok.
Do you know a solution and how can I make this work without cutting off the plugs and splicing the wires together?

Yes the bulbs are different but the plugs on the headlights fit into the plugs from the car like they SHOULD work "plug n play". When I look inside the plugs at the terminals of the headlights they are not spaced apart as far as the female terminals on the car.
Unless I get some other solution I think I will use quick connectors and 16 gauge wire to make the connections so that I don't need to cut off the plugs.
Any objections???

The quick connectors I've seen have a latch.
With everyone that has replaced their headlights with projectors I find it odd that I haven't found anyone to have had this problem with the terminals on the plugs not working.

UPDATE
I didn't find any real simple fix for the plug terminals not working. To get my headlights to work I picked up some 14 gauge wire and quick connectors than wired the high and low beams on both sides including the halos.
