Default Window motor swap?

Could I use the front window motor to replace a rear? I only ask because the front ones are $50 and the rear ones are $120.

I replaced my front one at one point because it seemed to be operating so poorly. To my surprise (and disdain) the new one did also. I lubed up the door seal and all the sudden it worked like a champ. Just sayin'
