Driver Window Messed up on Closing

Driver Window Messed up on Closing
I have a 2000 LX with power windows.
When you try to close at highway speeds, the back of the window will slide out of the rubber groove and not close properly. When you are standing still, it will close ok.
The reason is that towards the end of the closing cycle (when it is 70 -80% closed) the window gets pushed forward (rear gets pushed up faster than the front - causes it to get pushed up on an angle) and the top rear corner of the window slides out of the groove and prevents proper closing ... I wanted to know if anyone experienced this issue and what could be done before I tear my door apart... (it just looks stupid and sounds horrible when I want my window closed, plus winter is here)
PICs to come
