Default b20 ek

i got b20b in my em1 but the car wont start
it crank < we have spark>> fuel and all
i had a single v in the car before with a p2p ecu
is the ecu not turning the motor over
????? help

I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess the OP is talking about a single cam vtec motor, IE the D16Y8. Considering the P2P is the stock ECU for the 96-00 EX, that would make sense as well. Why the OP had a D16Y8 in an SI is beyond me, though.

An OBD2 P74/P75 should theoretically run the engine, but ideally you should be using the stock B20B ECU out of a CRV.
