i got this gasket from a reputable shop.

is it oem?

It looks like the oem but that's not how there packaged and there's no Honda sticker

will agree with this^

3 layer ? post a pic of the number on the little tab on the side. imo it may be a OE replacement.

i have never seen a OEM Honda head gasket to have the "up" word on it. but i could be wrong?

I bought the same H.G. from my Honda dealer P30 OE Replacement. The very same sticker an all.
