Default How can you tell if the fmu is sticking?

When I open mine up everything looks fine (disk, ring, diaphragm are intact) but the metal piston used to push on the disk is seized. Is that normal?

guys get a fuel pressure gauge from autometer (the electric one), B&M or your mechanic freinds who have a fuel pressure tester, test drive the car and watch gauge under boost. The best possible way to tell.
