Default 1998 Civic EX 4Dr Auto ABS 51 Trouble Code Problem! Help!

I am having a problem with my 1998 Honda Civic EX 4 door automatic ABS system. I was installing an amplifier for my car. I removed the center console and a couple other plastic parts to run the wiring to the trunk. After finishing my installation, everything was ready expect for the ABS system which lights up after my Civic is moving and not idling. I checked all the fuses and even changed the Abs relay directly from Honda but I got nothing. I did my research and learned how to pull out the ABS code which was the 51 code. This ABS code refers to the Motor Lock. This ABS light drives me crazy!! Please let me know guys any suggestions! Thanks!

Why did you replace the relay? Have you cleared the code from the ABS control unit to see if the code returns?

Well, I checked it and I did not find positive voltage going to the ABS motor. Yes, I have cleared the code. However, the code comes right back after my car starts moving. Very nice link! Thanks!

I used the paper clip and brake pedal procedure.

Check the 7.5A MTR CHECK fuse and the 40A Pump Motor fuse in the ABS fuse box under the hood.

Very nice diagram. Yes, I did check those fuses. In fact, I checked all of them fuses. They were all in great working order.

This is very confusing. Everything points out to the motor lock.
