Default b18c5 in eg--->running weak??

i have a 97 b18c5 in a my 93 si. the only mods are intake and skunk2 catback. i have a chipped p28 with a skunk2 program and it doesnt seem to be running strong. ive used a p28 mugen program also, it was a little stronger at the top end. but it still seems slow. i drove a friends stock jdm b18c in eg yesterday and his seems alot faster. are the programs iam using no good?

What injecters and fuel pump are you using? If it is the civic ones, replace it with dohc vtec injectors and fuel pump.

Supposedly. I thought that when I first got my civic. When I put in the civic obd2 injectors and left the stock fuel pump in my civic, the motor was really weak. I had the exact same motor and ecu in my integra, so I knew it was something civic related. I then changed the fuel pump...it made a huge difference. Then changed the injectors to dohc and it seemed to gain even more power. So from my experience, I think civic and integra injectors are different.

check for codes. check ignition timing. make sure you arent off a tooth. fuel pressure with hose connected should be between 40-45. should help.
