Default boosted mini-me

I have a 91 crx with a mini-me swap (d16a6 with y8 head) im running Cp Pistons, Scat Rods, Block Guard, Arp Studs torqued to 70 ftlbs, port and polished head, t/3 t/4 turbo, Dual Core Fluidyne radiator.(car is currently at 10psi) The problem im having is when I drive for about 30 minutes or more my car will slowly start to overheat. It has a new head gasket, oem honda thermostat and new water pump. Also there is no air in the cooling system which would cause it to overheat. Its not smoking or leaking coolant or anything. Its driving me crazy trying to figure this out. It doesnt matter if I go into boost or not it will overheat after a drive. Ive also tried adding pusher/puller fans and still nothing.
any suggestions would be appreciated.

Block guard removal would be my first step. If you don't have a REAL fan, get one.
