Default new strut mounts needed?

I've been lowered on eibach prokit / kyb agx for 10 yrs. now. Great dd setup, but im getting noises when going slow over bumps. I've narrowed it down to the suspension and i can see that my spring has rub marks where it's rubbing against #8 in the pic below. The point of contact is the side facing you, when looking at pic. Is #10 shot? Happening on both sides of car. Time for new mounts? Whole new setup?

10 years.... are shocks blown? When did you notice this? Ever bottom out recently?
What bushings were used with this setup?

I just replaced the entire suspension on my del sol - that included 7, 10, 11, 13

Did I need to do all that stuff? Maybe not, but 7, 13 will make a difference in ride quality / if you bottom on a speed bump / pot hole.

I will vouch for how fantastic it rides now - you don;t realize how tired and hard those parts get until you swap them out.

If you have 10 years on the KYB's it might be time for them to go too.

Cheers.
